Srinagar, May 31: A trooper ended his life by hanging himself in Srinagar.
Police sources said that a CRPF man of 1st Wing was found hanging in the room. He was immediately shifted to BSF Hospital Humhama where doctors declared him brought dead.
The deceased has been identified as Head Constable Gulshan Rai.
Police in this regard have registered a case under relevant sections of law.
