International Day of Biodiversity-2022

GCoE Srinagar organises Inter College Photography & Painting competitions

Srinagar, May 26: As part of observance of ‘International Day of Biodiversity-2022’, the Government College of Education (GCoE), M. A. Road, Srinagar today organised inter College Photography and Painting Competitions.

The programs were conducted by the Department of Environmental Education and NSS Unit 1.

A good number of students enthusiastically participated in both the events.

The Painting Competition was organised by Department of Environmental Education in collaboration with Department of Art and was inaugurated by Prof. Rubeena Jabeen, Senior faculty of the college, who in her inaugural remarks emphasized upon the importance of Biodiversity for sustenance of life on earth and encouraged the students to participate in more such events.
