Asif Ali Bhat, president NYC Employees’ Association while speaking to CNS said that the then LG assured us that we are going to sought vacant vacancies and will firstly regularize you there in the departments where you are deployed as per your qualification and then the left out vacancies shall forwarded to recruitment agencies. He assured us about timely completion of process to end the sufferings of NYCs.

Bhat stressed that government of Jammu and Kashmir is well aware about the fact that the NYC, REK, REZ and REJ employees are not getting the legally justified wages.
Meanwhile, NYC employee’s association appealed the government if these categories brought in the ambit of a justifiable service provisions in the form of a SRO to cover these employees of all the departments that will provide a relief to these employees category from their concern in the best interest of justice.
