SANJY-2022: Dr Singla inspects arrangements at Yatra camps
Anantnag, May 19: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, Dr Piyush Singla today inspected the arrangements at FCI Godown Mir Bazaar, Walnut Factory Qazigund and also reviewed various developmental works being undertaken at these locations.
Dr Singla reviewed the development of washing and toilet facilities at both the facilities. He inspected the lodging halls and arrangements put in place for housing various departments associated with the Yatra. He issued directions regarding cooling facilities, ensuring cleanliness in the camps, availability of parking space, logistical arrangements for serving langer, availability of drinking water, charging stations and security measures that have been put in place.
The DC inspected the measures taken for augmentation of capacity at these camps. He issued directions to concerned nodal officers to prepare a detailed movement plan for Yatries inside the camps.
The DC was accompanied by CPO Anantnag, ACD Anantnag, AEE R&B among others.
