Inter-School Zonal Level Tournament concludes at GHSS Bhaderwah

 Bhaderwah, May 18: The inter School Zonal Level tournament for Under 14 and Under 17 boys and girls today here at Government Higher Secondary School.

The tournament witnessed competitions in the disciplines of Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Badminton, Chess, Carrom and Athletics. The event was held under the overall supervision of ZEPO Bhaderwah Vijay Kotwal.

The under 14 Kabaddi final was won by Govt HS Nichala Thara Bhaderwah by defeating GMS Sartingal, while the Kho-Kho final was won by GMS Sartingal by defeating UPS Lanchan. The Winners of Carrom Double were Farhan Farid and Vikar Younis of GMS Chakka and  the winner of Chess final was Ahmed Aqib of Radiant Academy Bhaderwah. In Badminton final,  Radiant Academy defeate GMS Gatha.

In the U 17 volleyball Final, Government HSS Sartingal defeated HS Manthala,  while the Kabaddi final was won by HSS Sartingal by beating GHS Bheja. The Kho-Kho final was won by GHS Nichla Thara by defeating GHSS Sartingal. In Carrom Final Prince Kotwal defeated Aditya Kotwal, while  in Chess final Akshay Kotwal beat Vishwajeet Kotwal

The matches were officiated by PEM, PETs, REKs and others.
