Doda Police organises flag march in Doda Town

Doda, April 30:With the aim to develop better coordination among all forces and to work in synergized manner in their field duties in the wake of increasing social /political activities, religious events and other seasonal activities in the length and breadth of the District, today a flag march consisting of officers and Jawans of District Police, CRPF-33 Bn, SSB-7th Bn and IR-5th Bn Doda was held in Doda Town in which nearly 400 officers and Jawans participated.

The aim and objective of this exercise was to gear up the forces and inculcate the awareness and familiarization among the Officers and Jawans of all forces to ensure efficient and effective surveillance as well as monitoring on ground in a coordinated manner and to ensure their preparedness to react to any situation effectively.

On this occasion, SSP Doda, Abul Qayoom briefed the Officers and Jawans about their field duties thoroughly besides necessary directions were also issued to the officers and Jawans about handling the various challenging situations during their legitimate duties.

Among other officers who were present in the event includes, D. S Negi, Commandant 33 Bn CRPF, Master Popsy, Addl. SP Hqrs Doda, Raj Kumar, Addl. SP Ops Doda, Kasam Khan, 2 I/C 33 Bn CRPF, Tilak Raj Rana, Dy.CO IR-5th Bn Doda and Shoket Ali, Dy.SP DAR Doda.

The morale of the officers and Jawans was high and fully prepared to react to any situation on ground.
