Jammu, April 23: Principal Secretary, Irrigation and Flood Control (I&FC) department, Ashok Kumar Parmar has condoled the said demise of Er. Ghulam Nabi, Executive Engineer (Civil), Division Poonch, Department of Irrigation & Flood Control Department who passed away today afternoon.
In his condolence message, the Principal Secretary said that the deceased was very upright person who delivered all his commitments professionally and dedicatedly. He added that the officer was an asset to the department and his death has left a void in the department.
