Higher Education Department bids adieu to Vijay Koul on superannuation

Jammu, Mar 31: The Higher Education Department (HED) accorded an affectionate adieu to Private Secretary to Principal Secretary Higher Education Department, Vijay Koul on his superannuation here today.

On the occasion, Principal Secretary Higher Education Department, Rohit Kansal congratulated the Vijay Koul for successful completion of his tenure and appreciated his behavior and attitude towards his fellow officers and officials.

He termed the officer as an asset for the department who contributed a lot towards effective functioning of the office with the dint of his knack and proficiency.

Principal Secretary recalled his outstanding achievements and hoped that his efficiency and dedication would serve as a guiding force for his colleagues. He gave him best wishes for the future and a health and prosperous post retirement life.
