Principal District & Sessions Judge Bhaderwah chairs 3rd Co-ordination Committee meeting  

Doda, Mar 30: In compliance to   the directions of the Chief Justice, J&K and Ladakh High Court, the Third Co-ordination Committee meeting was today held here under the Chairmanship of Principal, District & Sessions Judge, Bhaderwah  Virender Singh Bhou.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Doda,   Vikas Sharma; Senior Superintendent of Police,   Abdul Qayoom; Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bhaderwah, Dil Mir Chowdhary; Deputy Director Prosecution; Executive Engineer PWD, (R&B), Doda Ayoub Wani; Executive Engineer PWD, (R&B) Bhaderwah Jawad-ul-Hassan; District Social Welfare Officer, Zubair Ahmed  and Chief Judicial Magistrate   Prem Sagar, who is also Secretary of Co-ordination Committee.

Various agendas pertaining to ways & means for effecting efficiency and timely rendering of justice to the litigants, infrastructural, and other difficulties faced by Judicial Institutions and other stakeholders of District Doda were taken up. Threadbare discussion and methodology/action to be taken within specified time limit were also considered in the meeting.

 Besides, this Coordination of District Administration and Police Administration in implementation of various Legal Awareness Schemes were also discussed. Issue of installation of Cameras in all the courts of District Doda for the purpose of surveillance and security was also deliberated.

It was resolved in the meeting that the difficulties faced by the stakeholders shall be worked out in a time bound manner.
