SI Exam: ADC Bla, Member SSB discuss arrangements

Baramulla, Mar 25: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Baramulla, Zahoor Ahmad Raina and Member Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, Nazeer Ahmad Khawja today discussed the arrangements for conduct of upcoming Sub Inspector (Police) exams scheduled to be held on March 27, 2022.

A threadbare discussion with regard to the conduct of examination and arrangements was held during which the officers briefed the chair about the arrangements like safe and secure transportation of examination material and its secure custody in the District Strong Rooms with CCTV surveillance, preparation of examination centres and training of invigilator staff etc were also discussed.

Speaking on the occasion, the ADC directed that the examination centres are equipped with CCTVs monitoring. He directed the concerned not to allow mobile and other electronic gadgets in the examination centres. The ADC also directed the concerned officers to provide proper drinking water facility in the examination Hall.CMO was directed to keep an ambulance available and also sanitize the examination centres.

 It was informed that 6760 aspirants are participating in the examination across the district for which 12 Examination Centres have been established.

The meeting was also informed that a large number of employees have been detailed for duty, which also includes Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, Observers, Magistrates, Flying Squards and Anganwari workers.

ADC Sopore Parveez Sajad, Principals of various Degree Colleges, DSP Baramulla, ASP Sopore, Chief Education Officer, District Health officer besides HOI’s were present in the meeting.
