Bandipora Admin to organise ‘Women Conclave’

Bandipora, Mar 14: The District Administration Bandipora is going to hold a mega Women Conclave in the district as part of the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign.

Joint Director Planning Imtiyaz Ahmad while reviewing the arrangements for the conclave said that several technical sessions will be held during the programme and guests from all across the UT will be invited.

He said the experts will conduct sessions about Career counseling, Health and nutrition, Employment Generating Schemes, Mental health and Women empowerment. He also said experts of respective fields will be invited to conduct these sessions for the benefit of the students.

During the meeting officials of different departments including Mahila Shakti Kendra and One Stop Centre presented their suggestions with regard to the conclave to make it successful.

Threadbare discussions were also held with regard to the content of the conclave.
