DC Poonch reviews achievements under current year plan; discusses proposals for next FY

Poonch, Mar 12:  Deputy Commissioner, Inder Jeet today chaired a meeting to review the achievements under the current year district capex plan and to discuss the District Development Plan formulation for FY 2022-23, here at Conference of DC complex Poonch.

The meeting took sector wise review of projects and the Deputy Commissioner directed the departments to speed up the execution of work  and complete March 15, 2022.

The Deputy Commissioner said that strictest action will be taken  against those departments, who failed to meet the target or missed the deadline.

The Deputy Commissioner directed ACD/ACP to mobilize the staff for speedy completion of developmental works in the district as the FY is nearing closure.

The Deputy Commissioner also passed the instruction to all district and sectoral officers to register themselves on EPMJK portal and show their performance.

The officers were also directed to ensure timely installation of solar lights and hand pumps in their respective areas.

Moreover, the Deputy Commissioner also discussed the annual action plan for 2022-23. He directed all the district and sectoral officers to prepare Annual Action Plan as per the guidelines of the schemes in Vogue by or before March 15, 2022.

The Deputy Commissioner asked the concerned officers  to formulate/prepare the plan in consultation with the DDCs, BDCs, PRIs and get it duly authenticated by the gram Sabha and take suggestions on feasibility of the work from the technical department.

 Meanwhile, the Additional Deputy Commissioner also reviewed last year’s civil defense plan.

He directed the concerned officers to start formulation of the plan for  the financial year 2022-23.

The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Abdul Sattar; Additional Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Basharat Hussain; Chief Planning Officer, Madan  Lal; Assistant Commissioner Development Rajesh Lakhan; CEO Tourism, Dr. Mohd.Tanveer; ACP, Shafiq Mir; CMO, Dr. M.A Malik; Chief Education Officer, Abdul Majid; District Social Welfare Officer, Shakeel Ahmed; DYSSO, Mohd. Qasim; AD Food, Ranjeet, Executive Engineer of different departments, all BDO’s, besides all concerned officers.
