Two Srinagar Youths With Toy Guns Detained in Srinagar

Duo Drug Addict, Taken into Preventive Detention, says Police

Srinagar, Mar 11: Two youths in Srinagar were detained with toy guns by police on Friday evening, sources said.

They told GNS that two youths namely Javid Ahmed Guru son of Ghulam Mohuidun Guru, resident of Parimpora and Owais Ahmad Bhat son of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, resident of Shalteng carrying toy guns were detained by a police party.

Confirming the detention of the duo, a police official told GNS that ‘both of them are drug addicts’.

“They have been taken into preventive detention at Parimpora police station”, the official further said.
