PSA Executed Against 3 Alleged Drug Peddlers in Srinagar

Srinagar, Mar 9: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday executed Public Safety Act against three alleged notorious drug peddlers in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district, officials said.

A police official told GNS that the stringent Act was executed against the trio by police station Kral Khud.

The accused trio has been identified as Owais Ahmed Gilla son of Abdul Ahad Gilla, resident of Aga Hamam Khanyar, booked under PSA vide government order number DMS/PSA/118/2021 dated 06/03/2022; Ijaz Ahmed Dar son of Nazir Ahmed Dar, booked under PSA vide government order number DMS/PSA/128/2021 dated 06/03/2022 and Imtiyaz Ahmed Pahloo son of Abdul Aziz Pahloo – both residents of resident of Bhagwan Pora Barbarshah – booked under PSA vide government order number DMS/PSA/135/2021 dated 06/03/2022.

Meanwhile a senior police officer confirming it told GNS that the accused trio has been shifted to central jail Srinagar.
