Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav:DIPR holds symposium at GHS City Chowk

Jammu, Mar 9: Cultural Wing of Department of Information and Public Relations today organised symposium on Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ here at Government High School City Chowk.

Headmaster, Sushma Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion.

As many as 8 students participated in the competition. The 1st position was bagged by Anjali, 2nd position went to Divansh while 3rd position was secured by Ritika.

Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest lauded Information Department for organizing the event in the school and urged for organising more such events in future too.

The symposium was judged by Vijay Sharma, Suman Lata and Anuradha Gupta.

Among others, Drama Instructor, Vijay Anand, officials of Information Department besides staff members and students were present on the occasion.

Proceeding of the programme was carried out by Sumta Pandit.
