Red Cross, Jammu & Kashmir shares condolences over loss of Sh. S.C. Bali

Jammu, Mar 8: Honorary General Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu & Kashmir Mr. Kifayat Hussain Rizvi, IAS (Retd.) has expressed his deepest condolences over the tragic death of Mr. S.C. Bali on 8th March 2022.
The entire Red Cross family share the loss and grief of Mr. Bali and his immediate family members. Mr. Bali has remained an active Social Worker and has been associated with the Red Cross Movement from last more than 50 years. He was also associated with Childline Jammu for many years. As a Red Crosser, he was one of the best volunteers and members Jammu and Kashmir has ever produced.
Mr. Rizvi hoped that the family is able to draw strength in this hour of grief and said that the entire Red Cross stands shoulder to shoulder with the family at this difficult time.
