New Delhi, Mar 8: President Kovind presented Nari Shakti Puraskar to Nasira Akhter for grassroot innovation in environmental conservation. Hailing from Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, she developed a herb that converts polythene to ashes, thereby making polythene biodegradable.
