Rajouri: JKAACL hosts cultural, literary program

Rajouri, Feb 26: Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art Culture and Languages (JKAACL)  Rajouri today organised a Cultural and literary program, here at Government High School Lowerhathal.

 The School Headmaster, Kewal Kumar was the Chief Guest and K.K. Khakhi, a prominent figure of the area, presided over the event. The event started with the National Anthem.

 The event was conducted under the overall  supervision of Secretary JKAACL, Rahul Panday, while Additional Secretary Sanjeev Rana (JKAS)monitored the Activity.

Dr Alamdar Adam, Special officer for cultural Activities (SOCA) Rajouri- Poonch welcomed the guests, while Joginder Paul Sharma, prominent poet, artist and singer conducted the proceedings.

Poets who participated in the composite Mushaira included KK Khakee, Madan Mohan, Amarjeet Sharma, Babu Rampuri, Nidhi Sharma, Rupali Sharma, Neeru Sharma, Om Prakash Bhajwalia, Pushkar Raj Sharma, Uma Sharma, Kalu Ram, Balak Ram Baral. A colourful Cultural program was also presented on the occasion.

A large number of students, teachers and parents formed the audience.
