Jammu, Feb 25: A symposium was organised by the Cultural Wing of Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Shastri Nagar under the aegis of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav,’ here on Friday.
In all eleven students participated in the Symposium.
The School Principal Geetu Bangotra was Chief guest, while Vice Principal, Alka Malhotra was the guest of honour.
The students Samiksha, Damanpreet Kour, Sheetal Verma, Muskan, Iqra Nisar, Sneha Choudry, Simranjeet Kour, Megha Kundal, Sonakshi Sharma, Kajal and Khushboo Kapoor participated in the symposium.
Khushboo Kapoor bagged 1st, Iqra Nisar 2nd and Samiksha 3rd prize.
Lecturers Kuldeep Gupta, Harpal Singh and Romal Singh were the judges. The proceedings of the program were conducted by Sr. Lecturer Renuka Gupta.
