Srinagar, Feb 19: Police on Saturday claimed to have arrested a militant associate of outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad in Rohmoo area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
In a statement issued to GNS, the police said that today a joint CASO was launched by Pulwama Police, 53 RR and CRPF 183 Bn, one militant associate of JeM namely Irfan Yousuf Dar son of Mohd Yousuf Dar resident of Rohmoo Pulwama has been arrested, from whose possession one AK rifle, one Magazine and 30 rounds of ammunition have been recovered.
To this effect case FIR No 13/2022 under relevant sections of law has been lodged at Police Station Rajpora and investigation has been started, concludes the statement.
