Poonch Admin hosts awareness program on ‘Youth Engagement & Outreach initiatives’
Poonch, Feb 15: Under Government’s Special Initiatives for effective Youth engagement and outreach initiative under the aegis of Mission youth, District Administration Poonch on Tuesday organised an outreach cum awareness Program here at Government Middle School Nangali. The members of youths, PRIs and Prominent citizens of Block NSSB participated in the awareness event.
The officers and officials of different departments imparted detailed awareness to the participants about self employment schemes in general and youth engagement and youth welfare schemes in particular.
The programme was attended by Deputy Director Employment Poonch Block, Development Officer, Officers from Banks and officials from line departments.
At the outset, the DD employment briefed the participants in detail about schemes started under Mission Youth like Mumkin, Taijswani, Sahita, Pervaaz, raise-together, spurring Entrepreneurship, and assistance schemes for unemployed dental Surgeons.
