Srinagar, Feb 10: A Special demolition drive was today launched by the Enforcement Wing of Lake Conservation & Management Authority at Lashkari Mohalla Northern Foreshore Road and Friends Colony Shalimar.
During the demolition drive, 14 Concrete Blocks, Single Storey 02 Nos, 2nd Storey 04 Nos, one compound walling and one tin walling were demolished.
Meanwhile, all the public residing within the LCMA jurisdiction and in-lake are hereby once again directed not to go for any sort of illegal constructions/ encroachments, as the Enforcement wing will continue its demolition drives of illegal constructions/ removal of encroachments.
Moreover, the locals residing in the area of LCMA are informed to apply for online building permissions through LCMA online official portal/website.
