Srinagar resident dies in Ganderbal road accident

Ganderbal,9 Feb : One person was critically wounded during a road accident in the Gulab Sheikh Mohalla of Safapora area in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

An official speaking to reporters said that on Wednesday, a tipper hit one person namely Aijaz Ahmed Laway son of Abdul Gafar Laway, resulting in serious injuries to him.

Aijaz, a resident of Srinagar’s Safakadal was rushed to the SKIMS hospital, where he was declared brought dead by the doctors, he said.

His body will be handed over to his family members after the completion of medico-legal formalities.
