UP CM offers prayers at Ram Lalla, Hanumangarhi temples in Ayodhya on Diwali

Ayodhya, Nov 4 : On the occasion of Diwali, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath worshipped at Ram Lalla and Hanumangarhi temples.

After worshipping at the Ram Lalla temple, the CM distributed goodies to the Antodaya families. He also met several saints to wish them on the festival and congratulated them for the success of Deepostav.

Thereafter, he left for Gorakhpur to attend programmes at Gorakhshnath temple and at Vantangia village in Tikonia area of the Gorakhpur district.

On Wednesday, a record was set after over 9 lakh diyas were lighted at the Saryu banks and a total of 12 lakhs in entire Ayodhya district on the occassion of Deepostav.

Meanwhile, the CM has extended greeting to people of Uttar Pradesh on Diwali.
