Civilian sustain bullet injury in North Kashmir’s Baramulla

Baramulla, Sep 22,: A civilian sustained bullet injury after army fired in Azad Ganj area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Local sources said that an auto-rickshaw driver identified as Mohsin Ahmed entered into a brawl with an army soldier over some issue. In the meantime, they heard gun shot while the civilian was seen lying on the road with bullet injury in leg.

SSP Baramulla Rayees Muhammad Bhat told news agency Kashmir News Trust that a civilian has sustained bullet injury in the leg after there was reportedly a rifle snatching attempt. “We are ascertaining the facts. The civilian is stable,” he said. (KNT)
