COVID-19 : 35,662 new cases recorded across the nation, 281 more deaths

New Delhi, Sep 18 (UNI) The nation recorded 35,662 new cases of the COVID-19 during the past 24 hours, said the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in its latest update on Saturday.


The death toll from the contagious ailment has reached 444,529 as 281 more fatalities were recorded during the past day 24 hours.
More than 32.63 million people have recovered from the disease in India since the start of the outbreak.

On Friday the ministry confirmed 34,403 new cases being recorded across the nation along with 320 fatalities.
