Four killed in road accident on Badaun- Moradabad highway

Badaun, May 22 : Four people, including a woman, were killed in a road mishap in Bisauli area on Badaun- Moradabad highway in the wee hours of Saturday.

Police here said that the victims were taking one of their family members to hospital and when they reached near Mandi Samiti Market, their car collided head-on with a pickup van.

A woman and a man were also injured in the accident who were admitted to nearby hospital.The deceased included mother and her son, who was taking her to hospital.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has offered his condolence on the loss of lives in the accident and directed the officials to provide all medical treatment to the injured.
