Srinagar, 10 May 2021. Lt Gen DP Pandey, GOC Chinar Corps attended Namaz-e-Maghrib with soldiers of Jammu And Kashmir Light Infantry Regimental Centre at Srinagar today. He conveyed his best wishes to the soldiers on the pious occasion of Ramzan and complimented them on their professional work under the trying conditions of COVID 19 pandemic. He called on the religious leaders to continue to pray for the wellbeing of all mankind and appealed for messages to all the citizens that we all must work along with the medical fraternity and the UT administration to fight the challenge. We all must adhere to the precautions being advised by the experts for greater good of all of us. He conveyed happiness at the opportunity to share this moment with the brave soldiers of Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry who epitomize the core values of our nation of unity in diversity, brotherhood, bravery and secularism.
