IGP reviews lockdown arrangements in view of Jumat ul Vida

Srinagar ,7 May : Inspector-General of Police Kashmir Vijay Kumar visited various areas of Srinagar, including the major mosques of Jamia Masjid and Dargah Hazratbal, in view of Jumat-ul-Vida on Friday.

IGP was accompanied by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Srinagar and Central Reserve of Police Force (CRPF) officers.

He visited several places including Jamia masjid, Dargah Hazratbal and Lal Chowk in Srinagar city and also reviewed security and lockdown arrangements in view of the Jumat-ul-Vida, the last Friday of Ramadan.
