Army porter slips to death in North Kashmir’s Kupwara

Kupwaara, Apr 30: A middle aged Army porter slipped to death in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

Sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that an army porter while on way from R.Gali to Nat Gali in Karnah area of Kupwara
slipped and fell down in a deep gorge.

The porter was shifted to Srinagar based 92 Base Army Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Police sources identified the deceased porter as 45 years old Muneer Aziz Joo, a resident of Bakhiyan Tangdar.

They said after completion of medico legal formalities, dead boy was handed over to his family while a case has been registered at police station Karnah. (KNT)
