CRPF officer slips to death in South Kashmir’s Shopian


Shopian, April, 14: A Central Reserve Police Force officer died after falling from a two storey building in South Kashmir’s Shopian district.

Police sources told KNT that a CRPF Assistant Sub Inspector identified as Shyam Singh who was posted at 178 Battalion CRPF Reshipora Shopian fell down from the two storey building and sustained grievous injuries.

They said the officer was rushed to the SKIMS Soura for treatment where doctors declared him brought dead.
Police in this regard have registered a case and set investigation into motion.(KNT)
