Alia Bhatt tests +ve for COVID-19, under home quarantine

New Delhi, Apr 2 (UNI) Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt, in a late Thursday night Instagram post, said she has tested positive for the COVID-19.

” Hello all, I have tested positive for COVID 19. I have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine,” the Udta Punjab actress wrote on Instagram.

Alia further said she is following all safety protocols under the advice of her doctors. “Grateful for all your love & support. Please stay safe & take care,” she added.

The 28-year-old actor was currently filming for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi in Mumbai. Notably, Bhansali too was infected with COVID-19 earlier in March, however, tested negative after some weeks.
