Property owner forces students, Govt Teachers  to vacate rented school building, demands  job in exchange

Pattan 31 March (KNS):More then 40 Students and teachers were forced to sit outside the rented school building in Mia Mohalla of pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday after owner demanded cook for mid-day meals to be engaged from his family.

Speaking to KNS, Principal  of the school said, ” we recently shifted our school to the new building and our Cooks are attached. The new building owner is demanding that we must engage new cooks from his family,” she said.

When KNS contacted SDM Pattan Syed Faheem, he said, “we won’t let students to suffer, the  matter will be resolved soon,” he said. (KNS)
