Mehbooba, Omar greet Kashmiri pandits on Mahashivratri

Srinagar, Mar 10:  Former chief ministers Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah have greeted members of the Kashmir pandits, who are celebrating herath, the most important festival, on Friday after night-long prayers in their homes.

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti, in her greeting message on Thursday, said ‘Kashmir misses your (Pandits) presence and is incomplete without you.’

She further said,’May all your prayers be answered.’

National Conference (NC) vice-president (VP) Omar Abdullah also wished the community a blessed day.

Kashmiri pandits will celebrate the festival tomorrow after night-long prayers.
