Kulgam March 08: On eve of international Women’s today JKRLM (UMEED) Kulgam organised District Level Mela at Mini-Secretariat Kulgam which was inagurated by District Development Commissioner Kulgam, Showkat Ajaz Bhat who was chief Guest.
On the occasion it was informed that NRLM (UMEED) program was launched in district Kulgam in phased Manner and presently 2315 SHG’S are functional in district covering 19351 Households.
DDC also inspected various stalls which were established during the Mela showcasing the handmade and other products of SHGs.
