Kashmir issue can be resolved through dialogue, not gun : Mehbooba Mufti

Anantnag,March 2:- Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and President of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) addressed the PDP Workers in Party Convention held in Anantnag District of South Kashmir on Tuesday.
Addressing by Workers  PDP president said that the party had made the Kashmiris happy and helped them with its efforts and would remain followers of a better future. “The construction of roads helped in initiating dialogue between India and Pakistan, launching bus service between India and Pakistan,” the Mufti told his workers in South Kashmir.
Mufti said she did not accept any decision of the BJP government and it became an excuse for the Bharatiya Janata Party to end the coalition government in 2018. “I did not stand by their orders.
Mufti have a demand that India and Pakistan sit at the negotiating table with Kashmiris and ensure peace in the region and the entire South Asian region. Welcoming the decision to call a ceasefire between India and Pakistan, he said that Kashmiris need to be part of the dialogue process that has already begun between India and Pakistan.
Mocking the central government, Mufti said, “Our lands are being sold, our sand contracts are being given to non-natives, business is booming, our jobs are being sold to outsiders and after all the government Has silenced him and no one is allowed to speak in Kashmir.
Addressing the party convention, Mufti said that Article 370 was the protection and identity of Kashmiris, they have taken away our identity from us and we will do our best to get it back, we will fight for the protection of Kashmir and Kashmiris. Will do
Mufti demanded that the youth refrain from carrying guns and said that Kashmir should learn from the farmers to protest peacefully for their rights and the whole country was repeating the same thing to the farmers. And guns are not the solution to any problem, Mehbooba Mufti added;
