Famous Punjabi singer Sardul Sikandar dies of corona

Chandigarh, Feb 24 : Famous Punjabi Singer Sardul Sikandar passed away on Wednesday.
Known as Baba Bohar of Punjabi singing and famous Punjabi artists had been active for the last 4 decades. He had been undergoing treatment for corona at Fortis Hospital in Mohali for the past one month.
Cabinet Minister Sadhu Singh Dharamsot yesterday had visited the hospital to inquire about the condition of Sardul Sikandar and promised all possible help to his wife Amar Noori. There is a wave of mourning in the Punjabi industry over his death. Sardul also underwent a kidney transplant five years ago. His wife Amar Noori gave him a kidney.(UNI)
