19 travellers among 58 fresh covid-19 cases reported in J&K

Srinagar, Feb 22 : Nineteen travellers were 58 fresh covid-19 cases reported in Jammu and Kashmir in the last 24 hours, taking the total case tally to 125925.

There was no death due to the virus during the time while 11 of the fresh cases were reported from Jammu Division and 47 from Kashmir Valley.

Giving district-wise, the officials told GNS that Srinagar reported 17 cases, Baramulla 15, Budgam 5, Pulwama 2, Kupwara 1, Anantnag 5, Bandipora 0, Ganderbal 0, Kulgam 1, Shopian 1, Jammu 9, Udhampur 0, Rajouri 0, Doda 0, Kathua 0, Samba 0, Kishtwar 2, Poonch 0, Ramban 0 and Reasi 0.

Moreover, they said, 44 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals—one from Jammu Division and 43 from Kashmir Valley.

Out of 125925 cases, 735 are “active Positive”—166 in Jammu and 569 in Kashmir. Also, 123236 have recovered while 1954 have died—725 in Jammu division and 1229 in Kashmir Valley.
