Delhi witness foggy morning

New Delhi, Delhiites woke up to a foggy and chilly morning on Saturday experiencing a thick blanket of fog over the national capital.
According to IMD, the minimum and maximum temperature at Safdarjung was recorded at 10.4 degrees and 26.8 degrees Celsius respectively.
The IMD has predicted moderate fog for the coming days and minimum temperature might increase in the same time period.

The Air Quality Index was recorded at 124, which falls under the ‘very poor’ category. A marginal improvement in ventilation and lower end of Very poor AQI is forecast for tomorrow. AQI is likely to improve Very Poor to Poor on Feb 21 and further improve to Poor on Feb 22, according to the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR).
