Elderly man killed in Kulgam road accident

Kulgam, Jan 22 (KNO): A 45-year-old man was killed in a road accident in Yaripora area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday afternoon.

An official told the news agency— Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the man was hit by a speedy three-wheeler (Auto) near Badroo village and was immediately rushed to Yaripora hospital for treatment.

He said that at the hospital doctors declared him dead on arrival.

The official identified the deceased as Abdul Rehman Bhat son of Mohammad Lassi Bhat, a resident of Budroo, Yaripora.

“A case has been registered in this regard,” a police official said—(KNO)
