The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam,Showkat Aijaz Bhat, today chaired a meeting of officers to review the functioning of Rural Development Department and progress made under the flagship programmes including PMAY, MGNREGA, 14th FC, SBM and B2V etc.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner,Riyaz Ahmad Sofi, JD-Planning, Mohammed Ashraf,Assistant Commissioner Development, (ACD), Mohammad Imran Khan, Block Development Officers and other concerned.
On the occasion the DDC was briefed by the ACD,Mohammad Imran Khan regarding the physical and financial achievements under different schemes including PMAY, B2V-2, SBM, MGNREGA, 14FC.
The DDC reviewed Block and Panchayat-wise performance made under various schemes and set the timelines for completion of all pending works, while directions were passed to expedite the pace of developmental works.
