New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the loss of lives in a road accident in Karnataka’s Dharwad district on Friday.
Taking to twitter, he said “Saddened by the loss of lives due to a road accident in Karnataka’s Dharwad district. In this sad hour, my thoughts are with the bereaved families. I pray for a quick recovery of those injured”.
Thirteen people, mostly women, were killed when a minibus, in which they were travelling, collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction on the Hubballi-Dharwad bypass road near Ittigatti crossing.
