Washington, US President-elect Joe Biden on Thursday unveiled a $1.9tn stimulus plan to help revive the US economy hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic, before taking office next week.
If the stimulus package is passed by Congress, it would provide $1tn for the households, with direct payments of $1,400 to all Americans.
