Traffic resumes on Srinagar-Jammu highway, Mughal road closed

Srinagar, Nov 14 (UNI) Traffic was on Saturday resumed on the 270-km-long Srinagar-Jammu national highway after remaining suspended on Friday due to maintenance on the road which connects the Kashmir valley with the rest of the country.

However, the historic 86-km-long Mughal road, linking Shopian in south Kashmir with Rajouri and Poonch in Jammu region was closed on Saturday due to snowfall at several places, including Pir-ki-Gali since early this morning.
