Budgam, June 09 : A youth was killed on Tuesday afternoon after he was hit by a tipper at main market Chadoora in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that a 23-year-old youth who is mentally unsound died in the mishap after he was hit by a tipper bearing registration number JK01K-6814 when he was crossing the road.
Police officials confirmed the incident to KNO and identified the deceased as Waseem Farooq, son of Farooq Ahmad Wani of Monchwa Chadoora.
They added that a case has been registered while further investigation has been started in this regard
