13 persons released after completing two-week quarantine period in Ganderbal

GANDERBAL, APRIL 10: Thirteen persons all from village Waskura, Ganderbal, were discharged on Friday after successfully completing their 14-day quarantine period.
As a precautionary measure, these thirteen persons had contact with the Covid positive case of Bandipora district,were shifted into hospital quarantine at the MMC Watlar two weeks ago.
All persons were under thorough medical supervision throughout their quarantine period and were discharged after clearance from doctors and health authorities.
Before sending them back to their homes, a team of doctors briefed them about the dos and don’ts and other precautionary measures to be followed during the 14-days home quarantine to be maintained with utmost care.
While interacting with the authorities, they thanked the District Administration for providing better facilities during quarantine and said landing in quarantine was in their interest.
Meanwhile, District Administration has appealed the general public to maintain social distancing and stop coming out from homes un-necessarily.
