JK Governor should find about his own reputation before sanctioning ‘unlawful killings’: Omar

Srinagar, :  Reacting to Governor Satya Pal Malik’s comment, asking militants to kill corrupt people who have looted Kashmir instead of the innocent ones, Vice President of National Conference (NC) Omar Abdullah said he should find out about his own reputation in Delhi these days before giving any such statements.
‘This man, ostensibly a responsible man occupying a constitutional position, tells militants to kill politicians perceived to be corrupt. Perhaps the man should find out about his own reputation in Delhi these days before sanctioning unlawful killings & kangaroo courts,’ Mr Abdullah tweeted.
‘Save this tweet – after today any mainstream politician, serving or retired bureaucrat killed in J&K has been murdered on the express orders of the Governor of J&K Satyapal Malik,” he further said.
On Sunday, Mr Malik said , ‘Why are you (militants) killing innocents including SPOs and PSOs? What will you gain by this? If you have to kill why don’t you kill the corrupt who have looted the country and Kashmir for so long’.
