PM to thank his voters in Varanasi on Monday

Varanasi,  :  Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit his Lok Sabha constituency Varanasi on Monday to thank his voters for the landslide victory in just concluded general elections.
During his day long visit, PM will offer prayers at the Kashi Vishwanath temple and address a public meeting.
‘I will be in Kashi to thank the people of this great land for reposing their faith in me’, Modi tweeted on Saturday.
District Magistrate Surendra Singh has confirmed about the visit of the Prime Minister.
His thanksgiving visit was likely to include a road show, sources in the BJP said. The security has been spruced up at Kashi Vishwanath temple and at Hastkala Shakul at Bara Lalpur.
Mr Modi won the Varanasi parliamentary seat by a margin 4,79,505 votes, defeating his nearest rival Shalini Yadav of the Samajwadi Party.
