New Delhi, : Two days ahead of election results, the BJP central leadership has convened a meeting of its allies in the National Capital on Tuesday.
Sources said BJP chief Amit Shah in consultation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and key leaders of the NDA constituents will chalk out strategy on possible outcome of the polls.
In general, after the Exit Polls predicted a comfortable victory for the BJP and NDA combine, the mood in the saffron party camp is upbeat and even its allies have exuded confidence that the alliance will come out with flying colours.
Mr Shah will meet the top leaders of NDA partners over dinner on Tuesday evening.
Besides the Prime Minister and senior BJP leaders, Bihar Chief Minister and JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar, Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray and LJP leader Ram Vilas Paswan are also expected to attend the meeting.
Leaders of NDA constituents from northeastern states are also expected to attend the meeting.
Mr Shah is likely to also hold a meeting of senior BJP leaders at party headquarters here before the NDA meet.
Meanwhile, opposition leaders will also hold a meeting in the National Capital on Tuesday.
