Mumbai, : The Rupee on Monday slipped by eight paise to 69.29 against the US Dollar in early trade on rising demand for the American currency by importers, dealers at Forex Mareket said.
The local unit was seen in early trade because of strong dollar against other world currencies.
It registered intra-day high and low 69.47 and 69.29 against US Dollars respectively.
